HR BP for UK, Asia-Pacific, Middle East and US regions:
- Providing expert HR advice and guidance to managers and staff on HR matters, supporting managers in dealing with complex casework, performance, recruitment, staff attendance and employee relations issues and working with specialists within the HC team for certain matters;
- Identifying HR priorities from corporate and departmental plans, translating business requirements into effective HR practices and delivering people solutions aligned to business objectives;
- Ensuring all annual reporting requirements are met from a global mobility and employment tax perspective, including STBV, PSA, P11D, P60, ERS return, Audit requirements and so on.
- Supporting the Senior HR BP in the global mobility procedure through organisation and management of the process;
- Managing visa applications with immigration advisors or directly with employee, where appropriate;
- Working with various departments such as payroll, admin, compliance etc. to ensure all elements of the move are considered and covered.
- Managing the HR Officer and junior team members in their duties to support the delivery of the HR strategy, policies, projects and initiatives across our scope;
- Deputising for the Senior HR Business Partner as required; and
- Lead, motivate and train team members.
Profile:
- Typically requires 8+ years of related experience in HR
- Up to date on UK employment legislation, international knowledge a plus
- Significant knowledge of HR policies, processes (e.g., workforce planning and talent management), and HR development practices
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills
- Experience of working with senior stakeholders
- Strong communication skills to teach, advise, and collaborate with cross-functional organisations and team members
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- This position is a maternity cover fixed term contract for up to 1 year.
