About the Role
- Provide generalist or Employee Relations Specialist HR support to a wide range of different clients, thriving on the variety of strategic HR, to transactional HR.
- Work collaboratively with businesses helping them to achieve their people strategy and offer pragmatic and clear advice and guidance.
- Advise and implement up-to-date knowledge of Employment Legislation
- Manage conflicting priorities.
About You
- Ability to manage and guide on complex employee relations issues, generalist HR, strategic HR, and transactional HR.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport and relationships with clients, and to explore HR issues thoroughly.
- Ability to write complex employee relation management statement of cases, and HR letters without the reliance of template letters.
- Ability to provide clear HR advice and assistance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to adapt quickly.
- Business acumen and the desire to build strong relationships with the managers you are supporting.
- Ability to develop and sustain our reputation for providing a friendly, proactive, and supportive HR service to our clients.
