We are seeking a compassionate, well organised and dedicated individual to join our friendly, award-winning team as HR Coordinator.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Your focus as HR Coordinator will be to offer first level advice to Home Managers on routine people matters and be responsible for coordinating and bringing together the People Team initiatives.
Other responsibilities include:
- Providing template letters to managers and proactively ensure cases and queries are closed off, maintaining up to date and accurate records and trackers which will be shared with the wider HR team and the Operations team.
- Managing Long Term/Short Term absence with Home Managers and escalate cases to HRBPs were moving towards capability/ill health dismissals.
- Preparing all HR correspondence including but not limited to contract amends, maternity and employee relations letters.
- Supporting the Head of HR and HR Business Partners with Projects & Initiatives.
