The Opportunity
Working within an experienced team, you will assist the Reward Manager, supporting the delivery of a proactive and high-quality service to the UK&I business. This will include the support and delivery of annual projects.
Supporting Business objectives, you will facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to support with Reward SLA's, providing weekly updates to the Reward Manager and support continuous improvement processes.


What can I expect day to day?
* Produce, and reconcile monthly reports from Payroll and external Benefits providers
* Manage the day-to-day administration of all company benefits/schemes
* Produce benefits and wellbeing data from relevant dashboards
* Maintain and process all pension contribution files for UK & Ireland
* Maintain pension records for UK & Ireland employees, enrol new joiners into the Scheme and resolve system issues where applicable.
* Responsible for dealing with new joiners' and leavers' benefits administration, in close conjunction with relevant 3rd parties.
* Acting as the first point of contact for employee queries, monitor the Benefits Admin shared mailboxes, and Benefits telephone line, resolving queries within the agreed SLA.
* Assist the Reward Manager with annual flex scheme project roll out and manage the testing process for all the annual benefits during this roll out.
* Preparing annual Pensionable salary information for submission to Payroll ensuring deadlines are met.
* Manage Loyalty awards for the UK&I and issue and coordinate with the relevant Region for distribution
* Maintain the Benefits Admin process maps and review/update and create new ones where required
* Preparing end of year P11D information ensuring all deadlines are met
* Carry out Basic Earning Assessments each tax year where appropriate
* Coordinate and process any Save As You Earn information for scheme roll out for Share save Scheme.
* Manage the manual and automated information workflows for UK & Ireland as required


What you'll need to succeed
* Previous experience working as a Reward Analyst or Specialist
* A passion to provide high level customer service to all stakeholders, adopting a flexible approach when resolving queries.
* Intermediate Excel skills including formulae, pivot tables and vLookups
* Knowledge of pension administration
