Hr & Compliance Manager

Kenneth Brian Associates are working on an exciting opportunity for a company based in Surbiton, who are looking for a new HR & Compliance Manager to take responsibility for their HR function.

This will be a busy generalist HR role, with a wide range of responsibilities, including:

• Recruitment and onboarding of new starters
• Organising staff appraisals
• Maintaining sickness and absence records
• Supporting disciplinary meetings
• Ensuring compliance with employment law
• Dealing with employee queries
• Maintaining employee lifecycle records
• Administration of employee benefits
• Providing information for payroll
• Ensuring compliance with accreditations and ISO processes

To be considered for this role, you will need:

• Previous experience within Human Resources
• Up to date knowledge of employment law
• Organised and efficient with excellent time management skills
• Attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• IT literate with knowledge of HR systems
• Hands on with a can-do attitude
• Ability to work on own initiative
