Hr Compliance Manager

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our organisation adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies related to human resources.
Job Title: HR Compliance Manager
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum
Location: Reading
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement HR compliance policies and procedures in alignment with legal requirements and industry best practices
* Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas of non-compliance and develop strategies for remediation
* Provide guidance and support to HR staff and management on compliance-related matters
* Design and deliver compliance training programs to ensure that employees understand their obligations and responsibilities
* Stay informed about changes in relevant laws and regulations and assess their potential impact on the organisation
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate compliance considerations into the business processes and decision-making
* Investigate complaints or allegations of non-compliance and recommend appropriate actions to address issues
Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
* CIPD Level 5 qualified
* Proven experience in HR compliance management
* Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
* Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex legal requirements and apply them to practical situations
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
* Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
