Hr Compliance Officer

My client is a large public sector organisation in South Wales who are looking for a temporary HR Compliance Officer to join their team on a short-term basis.

Your new role
Your responsibilities will include:
Compliance:

• Completing enhanced DBS checks across South Wales
• Ensuring personnel files are up-to-date
• Provide administrative support to the HR team relating to compliance, data protection and GDPR

Quality Assurance:

• To support and maintain quality assurance for areas such as recruitment and learning and development. Including quality assuring promotional material for individuals striving for promotions, quality assuring the recruitment applications...

What you\'ll need to succeed
You will need:

• Experience working in an HR Team
• Knowledge of compliance such as enhanced DBS checks
• Good attention to detail, communication and organisational skills.
• Willingness to travel around 2-3 days per week

What you\'ll get in return
This assignment is a short-term contract until March 2024. However, there is a possibility of an extension. Their working hours are: 8:30am until 17:00pm (Monday to Thursday) and 8:30am until 16:30pm on a Friday, with some scope for flexibility. As you will be travelling a couple of days a week to different offices, the organisation offer paid mileage.
