Job Type: Part-time (10 - 15 hours per week)
I am exclusively working with a non-profit organisation, who are seeking a dedicated HR Manager/Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold a minimum of CIPD Level 5 and will be instrumental in shaping our HR practices and policies.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Provide expert advice on HR policies and procedures.
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives.
- Assist with recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
- Advise on staff development, training, and retention strategies.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Handle employee relations issues with discretion and professionalism.
- Collaborate with management to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Have a strong focus on EDI
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- CIPD Level 5 qualification as a minimum.
- Proven experience in HR consultancy or a similar role within a non-profit environment.
- Strong understanding of UK employment legislation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
