Hr Consultant

Reed HR are partnered with a market leading manufacturer who are in search of an Interim HR Consultant to join their team on an ongoing contract basis. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a wealth of HR experience who can provide high-level consultancy services. The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping HR strategies, driving change, and delivering best practice across the organisation. The HR Consultant will Lead and manage HR projects and initiatives that align with the organisation's strategic objectives. Provide expert advice on a range of HR matters including organisational design, change management, talent development, and leadership coaching. Analyse HR metrics and data to inform strategic decision-making and improve HR policies. Work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement effective HR strategies and solutions. Facilitate training and development programs to enhance management capabilities. Advise on complex employee relations issues ensuring compliance with employment law. Drive the development and integration of HR technology systems to improve efficiency. The successful HR Consultant will have Proven experience as an HR Consultant or similar strategic HR role. Strong understanding of employment legislation and its application in a business context. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to influence and engage with senior stakeholders. Experience in managing and delivering HR projects. CIPD qualification or equivalent is highly desirable. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
