Hr Consultation Manager

MLC Partners are working with an NHS organisation who are looking for some additional support during a consultation process.

The successful candidate must have experience of working in the NHS and have lead and/or supported a consultation, including potential redundancy programmes.

You will be consulting with staff, if required around changes to their role or if there are any redundancies as well as helping drive the overall consultation forwards.

This is expected to be a busy role, so you must be available at short notice and be fully available over the next 3 months, with the possibility of the role extending.

This will be predominately a remote role and pay will be dependent on experience.
