Key Responsibilities:
The first point of contact for all day-to-day HR Queries Business Partnering with managers in relation to the administration of the Mitrefinch System and Annualised Hours reconciliation Informing employees of their rights and entitlements and keeping them up to date on any changes that are made Managing staff relationships, responding to any queries or problems that they have and managing their expectations Handling HR matters reliably and in accordance with legal requirements Managing day to day HR Responsibilities including various capability investigations, including grievance and disciplinary. Driving the business performance in relation to the organisation s objectives Partnering with line managers to review employee relations, performance management, resourcing and staff management Manage the Payroll process from start to finish deal with any queries and ensure accuracy at all parts. Complete HR Metrics and prepare the KPI presentation for the bi-weekly SMT meetings. Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process Coaching managers on performance management issues and processes
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
Experience working in a HR generalist role in FMCG/ Fresh Produce industry Understanding of UK employment law Experience of mentoring and coaching Managers CIPD qualified desirable but not essential Strong communication and relationship building skills Excellent IT Skills - Microsoft Office and Database Management
