As an integral part of the organisation, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the HR operations and ensuring a seamless employee experience.
Responsibilities:
- Employee Life cycle: Manage the end-to-end employee life cycle, from on boarding to off boarding.
- Recruitment Support: Assist with recruitment processes, including drafting contracts and coordinating interviews.
- Policy Guidance: Act as a point of contact for colleagues on HR policies and guidelines.
- Office Administration: Ensure smooth daily office operations, including answering calls and serving visitors.
- HR Projects: Collaborate on HR initiatives and projects.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2 years HR coordination experience is essential.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working both in the office and remotely.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous in handling administrative tasks.
- Team Player: Collaborate effectively with colleagues across the department.
The role will require you to be in the office 3 days a week - preferably Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
