HR Coordinator | Leicester based- 1 day hybrid working | Permanent | Up to 28K
This is an exciting opportunity for a HR professional within the education sector. We are looking for a candidate with a passion for HR alongside experience of providing high quality HR administration, support and guidance who can communicate at all levels to build effective relationships. You will be responsible for:
-Effectively and proactively co-ordinating recruitment in line with policy and process
-Providing advice and guidance to managers and employees on terms and conditions of employment, employment policy and best practice
-Providing administrative support for learning and development
-Updating the HR system, Payroll and Pensions
-Provide full HR administration support to assist the smooth running of the HR department
-Monitoring the HR inbox
-Assisting the Head of HR on a range of HR projects to support the HR operational plan
