Job description

Anderson Knight Recruitment are working with a client based in Glasgow to recruit an HR Coordinator to support their wider HR team this is a fixed term contract role for 6 months, with the flexibility to work from home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Process employee documentation, including contracts, offer letters, and other HR-related correspondence.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.
  • Conduct exit interviews and process offboarding documentation.
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits and ensure timely resolution.
  • Manage time and attendance records, including leave requests and approvals.
  • Coordinate with payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing.
  • Generate and maintain HR reports for analysis and decision-making.
  • Ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and company policies.
  • Keep abreast of HR trends and regulations to support policy development and implementation.

Qualifications:

  • HR Administration experience
  • Confident using HR Systems
  • Good communicator both written and verbally
  • Ability to use initiative, work at pace and adhere to deadlines
  • HR Qualification would be preferable
