Anderson Knight Recruitment are working with a client based in Glasgow to recruit an HR Coordinator to support their wider HR team this is a fixed term contract role for 6 months, with the flexibility to work from home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Process employee documentation, including contracts, offer letters, and other HR-related correspondence.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.
- Conduct exit interviews and process offboarding documentation.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits and ensure timely resolution.
- Manage time and attendance records, including leave requests and approvals.
- Coordinate with payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Generate and maintain HR reports for analysis and decision-making.
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and company policies.
- Keep abreast of HR trends and regulations to support policy development and implementation.
Qualifications:
- HR Administration experience
- Confident using HR Systems
- Good communicator both written and verbally
- Ability to use initiative, work at pace and adhere to deadlines
- HR Qualification would be preferable
