HR CoordinatorOverseas Recruits – 30 hours per week

Our not-for-profit organisation are looking for a compassionate, professional, and enthusiastic individual to join our HR team, coordinating the company's activities relating to the employment over overseas workers.
Duties include coordinating the selection and approval process for defined/undefined sponsorship, guiding managers when considering sponsorship positions, oversea all applications through to completion, and preparing accommodation/houses to let for the workers arrival.
Full details including the person specification are included in the job description. Experience of working in a care setting would be beneficial but not essential as we will help you develop the skills you need. Experience in a similar HR role is desirable.
