We are at a very exciting time as we look to deliver our workforce strategy and are looking for a talented and passionate individual to support the project lead in the implementation of this programme of work.


We have taken the time to listen to our workforce and have an action plan in place and are now seeking a committed and inspirational individual to champion and support the delivery of our agreed actions.

A bit about you

CIPD Level 3 qualified, you will use your HR experience to deliver our ambitious workforce strategy.


With experience working in a fast-paced environment, and a natural networker, you will have the ability to deal effectively with people at all levels and be skilled at cultivating strong working relationships of the many stakeholders you will have contact with, including Trade Unions and representative bodies.


Able to inspire confidence of those around you, you will use your outstanding communication and organisational skills to deliver the action plan whilst keeping your manager up to date on your actions. This will be a truly collaborative role and you will engage your stakeholders to bring them with you on our journey.


Pragmatic in your approach and with a track record of being able to hit the ground running you will be focussed on supporting the delivery of projects from design through to implementation.

This role will require some working outside of normal office hours and regular attendance at one of our sites.

For many of our roles (and where it is possible) we are currently working remotely and anticipate in the future returning to a hybrid office model on a flexible basis. This will still include work-from-home and flexi-time opportunities in order to provide a good work-life balance whilst still ensuring that teams benefit from in-person interaction. Candidates should therefore be within commutable distance of our offices in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire or able to attend meetings as required if further afield.
