Are you highly organised?  We have an exciting opportunity to join our welcoming and dynamic HR Team within the Cambridge University Libraries as HR Coordinator. We are looking for someone who is highly organised, motivated and detail orientated to coordinate a busy HR Function which will support a complex organisation, which spans across 36 different sites with approx. 450+ staff. The role will provide you with exposure and development within HR, working closely with both the HR Adviser and HR Business Partner and supporting two HR & Recruitment Administrators. The role will allow you to be creative, with opportunities for you to deliver and suggest improvements to our HR services which cover the whole employment life cycle from onboarding new starters to collating leavers data.
