HR Analyst - 12 month FTC

Manchester City Centre - Hybrid Working

£27,000 - £33,000 per annum

Macmillan Davies are delighted to be working with a global and leading legal firm who are looking for a HR Analyst to join their team based on a 12 month FTC. This role can be based in either Manchester or Leeds, with 2 days per week spent in the office.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-known premium international law firm that offers agile, flexible working and has a culture that recognises that people have a life outside of the 9-5! You will be working as part of a small collaborative team that sits within the wider HR Operations function.

About the role:

• You will work as part of a team to provide HR data analysis and insights.
• Collating and analysing HR data from various sources such as employee surveys and performance reviews.
• Extract insights and identify trends from the data
• Collaborate with internal stakeholder to understand their data needs and respond to adhoc HR data requests
• Develop reports, dashboards, and visualisations
• Present findings to internal colleagues and stakeholders, tailoring the content appropriately for the audience
• Create and maintain databases and Power BI reports, ensuring continuous improvement whilst working to deadlines
• Maintain and create scheduled reports and automations using Workday
  

About you:

• Experience working in a HR Data Analyst role or similar Data Analyst capacity
• Skilled in data visualisations using either Tableau/PowerBI
• Advanced MS Excel skills including use of formulas and pivot tables
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manipulate large data sets
• Ability to produce reports and dashboards using data
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Basic salary in the region of £27,000 - £33,000 per annum
