What you'll do:
As an HR Data Analytics Partner, you will play a pivotal role in supporting a strong Data Analytics centre of excellence within the HR function. You will be responsible for monitoring data quality metrics, developing strategic relationships with key stakeholders, managing data issues, providing creative insights on current and future trends. Your ability to understand how technology can support the business will be crucial in this role. You will also have ownership of process to analyse HR data and dashboards to deliver insights to the HR team.
- Proactively monitor data quality metrics and remediate data quality issues across various systems and platforms housing HR data
- Develop and maintain strong operational and strategic relationships with key internal HR customers and within the business
- Monitor and act on exceptions found in data quality reports
- Work with the business, clients, and other third parties to identify key data requirements, create MI dashboards
- Demonstrate behaviours for the appropriate use of data within changing security requirements, privacy needs, ethical values, societal expectations, and cultural norms
- Build and maintain strong and effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure that service delivery meets business expectations
- Provide creative insights, implications, and recommendations about current and future data trends and areas for improvement, focus or investment
- Manage data issues and data dictionary solutions

- Degree or equivalent qualification in relevant field
- Experience in Data and Business analysis tasks
