An interesting and exciting opportunity has become available within an FMCG business, who have teamed up with NET Recruit to search for an experienced and outstanding HR Director to join the team in the Bournemouth area. With decades of experience and a customer centred approach, this business has excellent growth plans for the future and are planning to expand many of their internal divisions and product offerings
The position holder will be coming onboard to provide a well-rounded service and overseeing the entire function. The role will provide ongoing support across a number of responsibilities including recruitment, employee relations, policies and procedures and strategy, and therefore the business is searching for a diligent HR professional with Generalist experience across the board and experience of consulting on HR strategy and recruitment.
Your Roles and Responsibilities:

• Becoming the main point of contact for the HR function within the business.
• Taking a lead role in the recruitment and onboarding process alongside internal managers and recruitment agencies.
• Supporting leaders and managers to conduct routine check in meetings.
• Being knowledgeable of employment laws and regulations and ensuring that the company policies and procedures are updated and comply.
• Overseeing the benefits, rewards, and pension schemes, liaising with third party providers when needed to ensure employee information is managed.
• Organise appropriate training with team leaders, via outside providers when required, and analyse where this training is needed throughout the company.
• Handling formal grievances and the disciplinary process for the business when it is needed.
• Routinely reviewing the pay structure of the business, adjusting as and when needed.

What you will need to Apply:
The ideal candidate for this role will be fully CIPD qualified and possess strong experience managing a HR function and have a good solid background as a HR Manager or Director. Additionally, the individual core competencies that the business is looking for to cover this role, is good stakeholder management, employee relations and HR processes experience as well. You should be a competent communicator and be approachable to handle queries. A strong aptitude for IT systems and packages would be highly beneficial.
