HR & Finance Systems Engineer (iTrent/Unit 4) Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement software solutions to automate and streamline HR and finance processes.
- Collaborate with HR, finance, and IT teams to gather requirements and define project scope.
- Customize and configure existing systems to meet specific business needs.
- Develop integrations between HR and Finance Systems to ensure seamless data flow.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure reliability and accuracy.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging technologies relevant to HR and Finance Systems.
HR & Finance Systems Engineer Qualifications:
- Proven experience developing and implementing HR and Finance Systems, ideally iTrent and Unit 4
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Strong understanding of database management systems (eg, SQL, Oracle).
- Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems (eg, SAP, Oracle E-business Suite).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
