Our client is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join their busy HR function. Reporting directly to the Global HR Director, you will be heavily involved in a variety of projects, therefore flexibility and adaptability is required. There will be the occassional expectation to travel to the London office (a few times a month). Your main responsibilities as a HR Generalist will involve supporting the UK office with a variety of HR needs including employee administration, recruitment, policy and procedure management, as well as any adhoc duties that arise.

To be a successful HR Generalist you must have:

• Demonstrable HR Generalist experience.
• Ideally CIPD Qualified.
• Flexible and adaptable approach to workload in a busy environment.
• Discrete, and able to maintain high levels of confidentiality and diplomacy.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
