HR Generalist

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain HR systems.
- Manage recruitment processes.
- Manage the HR inbox.
- Lead formal meetings such as disciplinary and grievance hearings.
- Organize HR documents for meetings.
- Provide advice to employees and Line Managers on HR matters.
- Assist in revising Company policies, procedures, and handbook.
- Support Payroll as needed
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Previous experience of working within a HR environment.
- Familiarity with the full recruitment and selection cycle.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Up to date knowledge of legislation
- CIPD Qualification wiuld be desirable
