Hr Generalist

Contract Personnel are recruiting for a HR Generalist on behalf of our client based in Brandon.  

This is a superb opportunity for an experienced and ambitious HR Generalist looking to implement good processes, lead HR and progress within business.

The ideal candidate will come with a CIPD Level 3 qualification and experience within the FMCG/Production industry.

Duties and Key Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

• Engage line managers in best practices of managing staff
• Roll out new staff handbook and associated policies
• Employee engagement and culture 
• Support with recruitment and retention 
• General advice and support 

Salary:

• £30,000-£35,000 negotiable and dependent on experience & qualifications
