Hr Generalist

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Generalist who will contribute to the accomplishment of Human Resources practices and objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support, maintaining an employee-oriented, high-performance culture.

Description

• Implement and administer employee policies
• Provide high-quality advice and service to management on daily employee relations and performance management issues
• Support the HR department in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience
• Lead on employee relations cases
• Handle end to end recruitment
• Offer proactive HR support and guidance
• Continually ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures
• Participate in the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks and issuing employment contracts
• Support the onboarding process for new hires
• Engage in training initiatives and workshops

Profile

A successful HR Generalist should have:

• A degree in Human Resources or related field
• Proven experience as an HR Generalist
• Payroll experience
• Track record of supporting HRBP
• Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
• Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong ethics and reliability
• Excellent communication abilities
• Aptitude in problem-solving
