Description
- Implement and administer employee policies
- Provide high-quality advice and service to management on daily employee relations and performance management issues
- Support the HR department in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience
- Lead on employee relations cases
- Handle end to end recruitment
- Offer proactive HR support and guidance
- Continually ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures
- Participate in the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks and issuing employment contracts
- Support the onboarding process for new hires
- Engage in training initiatives and workshops
Profile
A successful HR Generalist should have:
- A degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist
- Payroll experience
- Track record of supporting HRBP
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
- Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong ethics and reliability
- Excellent communication abilities
- Aptitude in problem-solving
