A pioneer organisation in battery cell research and battery technology development is currently looking for a HR Generalist to join their team! The successful candidate will deal with various HR queries throughout the business.
TheHR Generalistwill:
- Update data basis, arrange interviews, conduct interviews, inductions, employment offers.
- Review and update job descriptions.
- Projects relating to culture, employee engagements, succession planning.
- Update and monitor key recruitment metrics, such as turnover and retention rates.
- Contract variation letters, employment termination letters, formal processes i.e. disciplinaries, grievances.
The HR Generalist will have:
- Degree qualified or CIPD qualification.
- Previous experience of working in an HR function.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Strong MS Office and Outlook skills.
- Aptitude in problem-solving.
