UE07 £37,099 to £44,263 per annum (A revised salary range for this grade of £39,347 to £46,974 is planned to take effect from Spring 2024)

Full time - 35 Hours Per Week

The Opportunity:

As HR Learning and Development Partner you will develop, coordinate, and deliver learning provision including self-paced eLearning, webinars and instructor led sessions to new and existing staff. This is a new role in the HR Process Improvement team which will focus on training and engagement on our end-to-end HR processes and systems to approx. 15000 staff. You will be communicating to, collaborating with and influencing a variety of stakeholders and key user groups.

This post is full-time (35 hours per week) however, we are open to considering part-time or flexible working patterns. We are also open to considering requests for hybrid working (on a non-contractual basis) that combines a mix of remote and regular on-campus working.

Your skills and attributes for success:

Experience in designing and delivering Human Resources learning support using different formal, informal and online learning methods.

Experience in carrying out effective training needs analysis and implementing relevant training intervention.

Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills

The ability to work to tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Ability to work independently, as well as cohesively as part of a team.

Ability to use initiative to respond effectively to changing priorities.

Excellent IT skills and a proactive approach in keeping knowledge up to date around software, legislation, and technology changes.
