HR Manager, 6 month FTC - Arts Charity - London with hybrid working
This is a fantastic opportunity for an immediately available HR Generalist to join one of London's leading Arts & Culture charities.
You will be responsible for managing all HR processes and for providing expert advice and guidance to colleagues. Your key accountabilities will include:-
- Managing organisational change processes including restructures and redundancies
- Overseeing recruitment campaigns, onboarding, and performance management
- Maintaining HR information systems and ensure compliance with legal requirements
- Managing and processing payroll
- Implementing strategies to maintain employee morale and engagement
You should be an experienced HR Generalist with a good knowledge of HR best practice and experience of managing organisational change including restructures and redundancies. Excellent communication skills need to be combined with an ability to build relationships at all levels.
