BramahHR is seeking a highly competent, professional, and passionate HR and recruitment manager to join a fantastic organisation based in Liverpool.
Reporting to the CEO & COO the HR & Recruiting Manager will work alongside an external agency and internal team to establish and oversee internal recruiting and HR procedures, ensuring all facets of HR and recruitment are compliant and consistent.
Responsibilities:
- Provide, develop and maintain operational policies and procedures and HR support.
- Creating a good, compliant, and unified recruitment strategy that is integrated across the organisation.
- Ensure efficient, and effective HR support; providing excellent advice; and that employment laws, equalities laws and policies are followed.
- Develop and put into action a recruitment strategy that aims to draw in, develop, and retain great candidates for all roles and guarantees sustained adherence to the organisation's safer hiring procedures.
- Liaise with an external HR provider in more complex cases to ensure that all aspects of HR are delivered in accordance with the legislative framework.
