Salary Dynamite Recruitment are delighted to partner with a Financial Services firm on the recruit of a HR Manager to join their wonderful firm supporting the Operations Director in this 'hands on' role.
This role is ideally 25hrs per week, this can be flexible to suit you and can be increased over time too, if desired!
Duties include:
* Supporting company acquisitions
* Management of the recruitment processes
* Hosting employee reviews
* Managing the onboarding process
* Absence management
* HR systems management
Required experience
* 3 years' experience within a HR role
* CIPD Qualified
* Financial services industry experience is preferable
£40,000 - £45,000 (FTE)
25 Hours per week
