HR Manager - (Part time)

Our client based in London are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic HR manager to lead and enhance the HR function, elevating the overall employee experience. Collaborating closely with partners across offices, your role will involve developing and implementing a comprehensive HR plan.
What Are They Looking For:
- HR guidance and advice, managing ER cases, coaching partners and line managers.
- Talent and performance management, recruitment assistance, and promotion processes.
- Reward and remuneration, salary review process, and benefits evaluation.
- Employee experience enhancement, analysis of engagement survey results, policy development, and induction process organisation.
- Data and insight analysis, collating and reporting on various metrics and KPIs.
- Administration, overseeing HR admin aspects including recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and retention.
Working Hours:
Weekdays from 9.30 am to 5.30 pm with an hour lunch break. The position involves 2-3 working days per week, with one to two days spent in the office, depending on the total number of days.
Key Requirements:
- Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal, organisational, administrative, and technical skills.
- Resourcefulness, proactivity, and a problem-solving mindset.
- High empathy levels to support partners in team development.
- Professionalism in liaising with clients, third parties, and suppliers.
- Attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Over 5 years of HR experience, preferably CIPD qualified.
- Experience in professional services and understanding of partnership dynamics.
