Job Description
The candidate will be responsible for:
- working alongside the other HR Manager to offer an effective and seamless HR function.
- the delivery of a high quality HR service through being the first point of contact for HR issues, supporting and leading on casework (effective sickness/absence management, disciplinaries).
- supporting with the whole recruitment cycle, from advert to on-baording.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have:
- prior experience within an HR Managerial role within a school setting.
- experience in offering advice, and leading on complex case work within an educational setting.
- knowledge, and proven ability to manager the full recruitment cycle.
