Summary: HR Manager Working exclusively with this business to recruit an experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage the full HR function. You will work closely with Directors and managers to support throughout the business. The role will cover all aspects of HR to include Employee relations, policy and procedure implementation, training & development and succession planning. You will also lead and deliver on projects. The successful candidate will have strong people management skills, be a true generalist and a natural leader.
