Key Responsibilities:
- Coaching people management on policies, procedures, on boarding and employee relations issues at all stages of employee life cycle
- Being point of contact for all related enquired such as: Maternity,, paternity, adoption, parental leave, flexible working requests, administration and employee guidance
- Proactive policy maintenance and initiative
- Ownership for new employee on boarding program
- Delivery of appraisals, probationary period, career conversations, people management essentials
- Taking responsibility for full recruitment process
- Conducting exit interviews
- Involvement in performance improvement, employee relations and restructuring activities
- Administration of company benefits
- HR database administration
- Co-ordination of new hires and leaver administration
- Co-ordination of contract and offer letter
- Degree level educated or equivalent HR Managerial experience
- CIPD qualified Level 7
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a generalist HR role
- Experience in recruitment, on boarding, employee relations is highly desirable
