Our established and diverse client in Carmarthen are seeking an experienced Welsh Speaking HR Managerto join them on a permanent basis.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an employer of choice in the area, where you will be leading a small and experienced HR team to strive for organisational excellence and a people centric HR service across all internal functions.
This role is very generalist, and will include L&D, H&S, payroll, organisational culture development, and a strong focus on training, employee relations and HR policy.
Salary will be up to 44k, plus excellent benefits, and the opportunity to work 2 days in the office (this could be one day in Carmarthen, and one in Cardiff), and the rest from home.
The Role:
- Support a broad range of recruitment campaigns to meet hiring needs.
- Oversee the permanent company payroll process on a monthly basis with the support of HR and Finance administration team.
- Manage reporting and analysis, presenting data and making recommendations to Senior Leadership Team.
- Partnering with managers across the business to advise on policies, best practice, employee relations, disciplinary, grievances, performance, and capability casework.
- Lead and advise on L&D programmes including leadership and management development.
The Person:
- Fluent in the Welsh Language (both written and verbal) - free lessons are available for those who have not used the language professionally for a while!
- CIPD qualified to Level 5, or currently working towards this
- Strong experience in HR management, with the drive to forge change, manage and develop an experienced team, and deliver positive people outcomes for all.
