HR &OD Business Support Partner/Advisor (Interim)
Contract: Part-Time, 18.5 hours per week (Pro Rata)
Duration: 3 Months (Secondment Cover)
Location: Tewksbury Office (minimum 2 days a week)
About the Role:
A significant orgnisation is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR &OD Business Support Partner/Advisor to join their team on an interim basis. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide expert human resources and organisational development support, advice, and guidance to managers and employees at the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first line of contact for generalist HR support, providing expert HR advice and guidance to employees and managers.
- Assist managers with disciplinary investigations and hearings, sickness meetings, performance meetings, and other procedures,
- Support key project work and operational activities, including:
- Development, delivery, and ongoing coordination of a new corporate induction programme.
- Development of an employee engagement forum.
- Development and embedding of an organisational performance framework.
- Development of a new behaviours framework.
- Analysis and reporting on staff survey feedback, supporting the delivery of actions arising.
- Development of a leadership and management development programme.
- Coordination of PPD returns and organisation of training requirements arising.
- Review of the PPD framework and support digitisation of the approach.
- Scoping, sourcing, and introduction of a learning management system.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in a similar HR advisory role.
- Strong understanding of HR practices and organisational development.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using HR systems and technology.
