A great opportunity has arisen for a detail-orientated, confident, HR Officer to join a prestigious organisation in Central Cambridge. This will be a part-time role with flexible working hours.
Typical duties include:
* Generalist HR role
* Manage recruitment campaigns
* Working closely with hiring managers
* Manage compliance
* Assist with implementation of new processes and structures
* Administration for inductions, appraisals, absences, pay increases
* Ensure all records are updated accordingly
* Any adhoc HR duties as required
The successful candidate will have/be:
* Demonstrable experience in a similar role
* CIPD level 3 qualified
* Confident communicator who works well under pressure
* Good numeracy and accuracy skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* The ability to work autonomously
