• HR Expertise: Utilize your HR knowledge to support various functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Policy Implementation: Implement and update HR policies in line with legal and educational guidelines.
• Collaborative Partner: Work closely with staff and management to ensure a positive and supportive work environment.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate HR records and utilize data to provide insights for decision-making.
• Safeguarding Support: Offer HR guidance to ensure compliance with safeguarding and child protection policies.

HR Officer Requirements:

• HR Experience: Proven experience in an HR role, preferably within an educational setting.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address HR challenges effectively.
• Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost discretion.
• Safeguarding Knowledge: A strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies.
