Hr Officer - Doncaster - Development Opportunity

H9 Human Resources are currently working with a leading organisation in the public sector who are looking for a HR Officer.

Duties

• Responsible for drawing up contracts of employment for all new staff
• Create and maintain accurate employee records on the electronic HR system
• Be responsible for the monitoring and reporting of staff absence
• Supporting absent staff, conducting welfare checks, arranging and holding staff absence meetings & Manage the staff leaver processes.
• Liaise with the HR and Recruitment Assistant on all recruitment campaigns.
• Effectively advise on and manage a range of employee relations cases and HR processes through to completion
• Administer the appraisal process for staff
• Providing advice and guidance to managers on HR best practice and legislation

Package

• 4 days onsite in Doncaster with 1 day in Normanton
• Salary upto 33k
