Job description
The postholder will support the Senior HR Advisor and HR Manager with the co-ordination of work within the Pay & Conditions Team, to ensure the delivery of an efficient and effective service. S/he will provide advice and guidance to Trust managers on a range of day to day Pay & Conditions matters in accordance with Agenda for Change terms & Conditions of service, associated Trust policies and procedures and employment legislation. The postholder will provide support in relation to the processing of employee’s personal and contractual information on the Human Resources, Payroll, Travel and Subsistence (HRPTS) system..

Hold a HNC/ HND or equivalent/ higher qualification in a Human Resources OR Business related subject AND 1 years experience in a HR role at Band 3 or equivalent OR GCSEs at Grade A-C to include English or equivalent & 2 years experience in a HR roleExperience of providing advice on HR Policies and Procedures and Terms and Conditions of ServiceExperience of processing personal and contractual information on a HR/ Payroll computerised information systems
