HR On-Demand Coordinator
Reporting to the Head of ELT and HR On-Demand, we are looking for an HR On-Demand Coordinator. You will exemplify a positive and professional image of the EL/HR teams to both internal and external clients. You will have objection-handling skills to effectively manage difficult conversations with clients where needed and will have strong time management ability.
The role has a hybrid working pattern and you would be expected to attend the Wilmslow head office twice weekly.
Responsibilities in role:
Client work
* Contacting clients by telephone to book in their HR On-Demand service
* Arranging bookings of the service within Outlook and scheduling the appointments in Service 360
* Accurately capturing notes for clients within various HR meetings on a regular basis
* Preparation of evidence packs for the HR On-Demand consultants
* Assisting in answering questions about the service to both clients and colleagues
* Assisting in answering basic queries about the HR process we are assisting the client with and recognising when they need to speak to their Employment Law Consultant
* Tracking and monitoring the service alongside the existing HR Coordinator
* Arranging travel - trains and hotel accommodation for the HR On-Demand consultants
* Sending completed meeting data to marketing to collate client satisfaction surveys
* Sending completed meeting data to finance for Bread Card payments

* As a part of this role, you will continuously seek opportunities to add value to the HR On-Demand service
* Discussing opportunities with colleagues needing support
General
* You will have experience in an administration role
* You will have experience working with MS Office, particularly Word and Excel and will have a working knowledge of pivot tables and intermediate-level formulas
