HR Operations

Swindon, Newport, or Billingham - flexible and remote working options

Our HR Operations Teams are part of HR Services, managing the administration and processing of a variety of requests from our clients and partners. We are a busy, performance driven team, with different skill levels and knowledge which combined together enables us to deliver a high quality service.

The administrator role is varied, no two days are the same and it can get particularly busy at certain times of the month because we work to set deadlines. The main focus of the role is to make changes requested by our clients which could be inputting employee details onto our system to generate employment contracts and letters, communicating with clients, new starters and third party suppliers to obtain information we need to process the request

To do this role well you will need:

  • The ability to be customer focused and passionate about delivering high quality customer service
  • Be able to efficiently and accurately enter details onto the system
  • Have good attention to detail with the ability to spot errors
  • Be able to work in a busy environment where you will need to achieve deadlines
  • Be pro-active and confident to know when you need to escalate something complex to your line manager
  • Good written communication skills and basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and using email

In return for your skills and experience, we can offer you flexible and remote working options for a standard 37hr week (full time) with start and finish times between 8am - 6pm, or part time hours to suit both yourself and the business. Our team usually work from home and come into the office once a week, but we are flexible on this if you decide you'd prefer to come in more. If it helps, there is even flexibility on which office you base yourself from - Swindon, Newport, or Billingham.
