HR Onboarding and Student Employment Officer
Job description
  • Bury St Edmunds Campus with some travel to our Ipswich Campus
  • 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year - Permanent
  • Salary: £23,114 per annum - £25,979 per annum
In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining comprehensive onboarding programs tailored to various job roles and levels within the Group. This involves coordinating the onboarding process, scheduling HR orientation sessions, and ensuring new starters are equipped with the necessary resources and information to thrive.
You'll also serve as the primary point of contact for new hires, addressing their queries, concerns, and needs throughout the onboarding journey. Collaboration with HR colleagues, hiring managers, and departmental stakeholders will be crucial to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
Additionally, you will curate and post job opportunities on the student jobs board platform, ensuring a seamless process for Student Employment while contributing to a positive employee experience and supporting student success within the organisation. you'll manage Student Employment opportunities by curating job postings on our student jobs board platform. Working closely with departments and on-campus employers, you'll promote the platform among students and provide guidance on job search strategies.
