Role: HR Operations Manager
Location: Preston
Salary: Up to GBP50,000
HR Operations Manager role for our Professional Services client. This is a full-time role that offers hybrid working.
The role:
Delivery of high quality operational HR services to the HR team and employees throughout the organisation
Lead on systems development - understand what is currently in place and manage process for improvement
Provide advice and coaching to team, including direct report of HR Advisor
Setting out HR agenda and encourage team to stick to this
Extract and write monthly reports
Actively promote HR in the organisation
Prioritisation of HR projects that add value - Leadership Development & Employee Engagement
The person:
Ideally CIPD qualified or relevant working experience
5+ years experience working in a HR role
Data driven and strong attention to detail
Self starter who is able to manage own diary
Team management experience
Strong personality and comfortable dealing with stakeholders
Able to challenge ideas and suggest areas for improvement
