HR Operations Manager

This growing business is now seeking an experienced HR generalist to join a team of five, with responsibility for providing human-centric advice and guidance, coaching, and reviewing/updating policies and processes.

HR Operations Manager Responsibilities

This position will involve, but will not be limited to:

• Responsible for HR operations by providing advice and guidance to managers and employees.
• Review team efficiencies by ensure that technology available within the team.
• Manage ER cases, providing guidance on various on complex queries and procedures.
• Ensure compliance by carrying out regular audits and overseeing operations processes.
• Collaborate with finance to manage our monthly payroll processes.
• Advocate employee engagement by being involved with the creation of different programmes, events, and activities.
• Review and advise on benefits, aligning with external market data for fairness and competitiveness.

• Excellent IT skills and experience of HRIS and automated system processes
• A CIPD qualification is desirable

Location

Located in Bicester with on-site parking. This is an office-based role with either full-time or part-time hours available.
