Elevation HR are excited to be partnering with a leading Service Provider to recruit a People and Culture Lead on a full time, permanent basis in the Chesterfield / Derby area.
The role provides full flexibility for hybrid or fully remote working supporting the organisations current HR function with occasional travel across North Derbyshire and the West Midlands. Reporting into the Managing Director, this standalone role will play a pivotal role in managing all aspects of human resources including:
- Oversee recruitment processes and assist Hiring Managers with attracting and onboarding talented individuals to the Company
- Managing all onboarding and offboarding processes
- Advising and coaching managers on employment law with regards to employer relations issues; performance management, absence management and succession planning
- Review and develop internal People processes and procedures
- Track and report on key People metrics such as staff turnover rates
- Managing employee records via Human Resource Information System (HRIS)
- Ensuring People and Culture Policies are kept up to date in line with legislation and best practice
- Lead in the development and implementation of induction training for new employees
We are looking for a confident and motivated candidate with previous experience in a fully generalist or Advisor role and ideally be CIPD Level 3 qualified.
