JOB TITLE: Temporary HR (People) Coordinator
LOCATION: Exeter
HOURLY RATE: £14 - £15ph per hour
HOURS: Monday to Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm or 9:00am - 5:00pm

THE ROLE: As the HR Coordinator you will join a dynamic team delivering exceptional HR service to stakeholders. The role is to support the HR team and the wider business with all administration needs whilst providing a friendly, sensitive, and pragmatic service. You will maintain the HR systems to ensure the business operates fairly, safely, and legally. You will have exceptional attention to detail, be highly organised and able to communicate at all levels within the business.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Maintain and update employee records accurately
· Keeping HR system up to date
· Maintenance of HR records within SharePoint and the HR inbox
· Support the appraisal process such as reminders, reporting to CFO on progress/completion, filing of necessary paperwork
· Supporting managers with updating employee contracts and ensuring all relevant documentation is signed off
· Supporting recruitment needs which includes, advertising job roles on relevant platforms, coordinating interviews with recruiters & prospective employees, draft offer letters & employment contracts
· Supporting starters & leavers process by - welcoming new employees into the company, organising induction schedule, ensuring new starters have access to relevant systems, follow leavers process, plus ad-hoc support to Managers for starters/leavers as necessary
· Co-ordination of updating any changes to HR policies & documentation as directed
· Maintain HR files, databases, and spreadsheet to provide the board with KPI's
· Leasing with external suppliers or providers as directed
· Any other tasks as required
