Salary:

£25,000-£27,000 per annum + Bonus

We have a great opening available in our HR team for a HR Helpdesk Advisor to join us! This is based in our Warwick office, surrounded by a supportive team, there is flexibility to work from home 2 days a week.

This role is pivotal in supporting our business advising colleagues via the phone and on email on with policies and various queries. They will also be working with ER on low level cases and have a case load to manage which includes AWOL, probation, misconduct etc.

This generalist role offers exposure across the business and the opportunity to build your knowledge and experience in HR. It is a great step into a large organisation which could lead to building a career with us. We can also potentially support someone looking to further studying their CIPD qualification too.

If you have previous HR and/or ER experience, we want to hear from you!

Up for the challenge? Here’s what we’d like you to have:

  • Experience with low level ER queries/cases is highly preferred, previous HR experience is essential

  • Confident, organised and proactive individual

  • Attention to detail, ability to multitask and work in a busy, fast-paced environment

  • Great communication skills, stakeholder management and relationship building skills
