Are you a HR Project Manager looking for a new, exciting challenge?
Partnered up with a super exciting and vibrant FMCG business, you will create a new efficient onboarding strategy and manage the entire coaching of colleagues during the onboarding process.
As the HR Project Manager you will:
- Get involved with planning, structuring initiatives and managing stakeholders
- Regularly present progress reports, preparing and presenting presentations to inform and engage with the project.
- Plan and manage projects from start to finish on Talent and Learning areas, including the onboarding program, line manager excellence and functional competency framework design
- Stakeholder management: Key stakeholders that are central to the success of the projects managed, line managers, employees, HRBPs and at different sites
This will be a 6-month FTC, however, this is a great opportunity to showcase your skills to the business and be considered in other areas!
Salary up to £75K, based in St. Albans 1-2 days a week + so much more!
