Hr Project Manager

Robert Half are delighted to be supporting a business in Warminster on the recruitment of an interim HR Project Manager, to join them on a 3-6-month fixed term contract.

Please note, that this position is due to start at a very quick turnaround, therefore we are looking for candidates who are available at a short notice. The role will be predominantly site based in Warminster with free parking available.

Our client is in the process of implementing several exciting HR projects in the business, and this hire will be key in supporting in the managing and then successful launching of these projects. Joining a tenured and hard-working HR team, this is an exciting opportunity for a HR professional who is passionate about the execution of projects.

Projects that you will be supporting on will include but not be limited to:

• Launch of a new payroll system and communications platform.
• Succession planning.
• EDI - equality, diversity, and inclusion strategy.
• New behavioural framework and development of appraisal processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong HR generalist background, with a proven track record of successfully delivering on projects in the above areas.

In return, the successful candidate can expect a salary of £50,000.
